200 g Brennessel 100 g Knoblauchrauke 200 g angeröstete Sonnenblumenkerne 20 g Salz 1 l Ăl Alles mit dem Zuberstab oder in einem Mixer klein pĂŒrieren und in GlĂ€ser abfĂŒllen. Oben mit Ăl bedecken und ab in die KĂŒhlung/Keller.
Schmeckt super lecker. Ist momentan mein favorisierter Brotaufstrich đ
Wer viel Giersch im Garten hat, der kann statt der Brennessel auch den Giersch verwenden. Ist genauso lecker đ
